Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date on all eligible items. Please note that made-to-order items, such as most rings and custom pieces, are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked in the product description.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the jewelry does not meet these criteria.

Restocking fees are as follows:

  • 0% on exchanges
  • 10% on all returns
  • 15% for returns without original packaging

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items sent back to us without first requesting a return and items returned after the 14-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The sender is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. The restocking fee will be waived for all exchanges.

Please note, we do not provide return shipping labels unless the item received is damaged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos that clearly indicate the problem.

Cancellations

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order.

After this window, Sabinemade reserves the right to deny cancellations, as orders typically enter production or are prepared for shipping 24 hours after being placed.


How to Return

To initiate a return, please email ___________ with the subject line "Return + Order #" and attach any applicable photos. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns beyond this timeframe.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Sabinemade is not liable for lost packages during the return process, so we strongly recommend insuring your package.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
