How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please refer to each individual listing for estimated ship times. Pre-order periods are typically three weeks long, and you can expect your jewelry to ship within 2-4 weeks thereafter. The best things in life are handmade and thus take time! Once your purchase is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included.

Why is your jewelry not available in gold?

Currently, Sabinemade features only fine silver and sterling silver. We understand that many people prefer gold, and developing a gold line is a top priority for us. As a growing small business, we truly appreciate your patience and support!

Do you ship internationally?

As a newly launched small business, we currently offer shipping within the U.S. only—for now! We’re working toward expanding internationally soon, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, we can provide personalized international shipping estimates and create custom invoices for interested customers. If you'd like to place an order from outside the U.S., please contact us here and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
