Queerness exists across hundreds of species, in every ecosystem. We're as natural as leaves unfurling, as ancient as stones forming, as essential as breath itself. "Held" is a reminder that nature doesn't make mistakes – its variations are what give life beauty.

I wanted to capture the feeling of safety and serenity in this piece. To me it feels like the fabric is alive, that it's breathing softly and sweetly, inviting us all to try and do the same. The fabric of nature includes us.
